Time has always been of the essence for lenders involved in property transactions. So, for years, our motto at the Alpha Appraisal Company has been "Fast, Efficient, Courteous Service". We see no reason to change it.
Even in today's frenzied real estate market, our average turn-around for an appraisal is five days. In special cases, we'll try do it faster. Every appraisal is subjected to an executive review to insure your request is completely answered. And, in spite of some long hours and the fast pace, we do our work with genuine appreciation for your reliance on us.
However, Alpha is not so proud that new technology is ignored. We seize the opportunity to further improve our performance. Evidence of this is found at this website wherein you can place an appraisal order, check the status of an outstanding appraisal order, or gain copies of past appraisals. We track the progress of every appraisal with the care and dilligence as it being the sole appraisal.
We never want important details to slip through the cracks and we always want you to know the status of an appraisal, be it six in the morning or eight at night. And, forever know that we are still accessible through the old telephone lines.
